You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Solar lighting and drip irrigation products that have been opened or installed may be subject to a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your garden lighting or watering product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-ordered garden solutions, clearance items, and products that have been damaged due to improper installation or use.

Pack your solar lighting or irrigation product securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
Once we receive your returned garden product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
